Jessica Lowndes (born Jessica Lowndes) is an Canadian actress and singer. The actress also appeared in a variety of Hallmark Channel film and the teens' series 90210. Lowndes also happens to be the most recent Hallmark Channel ex employee to become a member of GAC Family. GAC Family is run under the direction of Bill Abbott an executive from Crown Media Family Networks that manages Hallmark Channel.
