Berenice Marlohe was born in Paris, France in May 1979. She spent ten years studying in the Conservatoire de Paris. The first time she appeared was in the film La discordance in 2007. The following year, she was given a role on Medical Emergency. She has played in French shows on television. Her most famous role was in the role of her character as the anti-heroine Bond girl Severine in the twenty-third James Bond film Skyfall. The actress also appeared in two films Happiness Never Comes Alone and 5 to 7. She has appeared in the TV series Pas de secrets entre nous, Femmes de loi, Le temps est a l'orage, Pere et maire, and R.I.S. Police scientifique. Her performance in Skyfall has earned her an National Film Society Award nomination in 2012 for the Best Actress Supporting. She also starred in Terrence malick's Zoey. Berenice works for Omega Watches as their brand ambassador.
